Policies, Procedures and Warranties

We expect payment in advance of shipping our clarinet barrels and bells. Barrels

Our barrels are available in all sizes, and if you aren't happy with the one we send, you may return it for a refund. Of course it is best if you can come to our shop and try out barrels here, as you will have more selection and you may find that the length of the barrel you buy may be different than what you are currently using. Future barrel trials with returns will incur a restocking fee of $20 per shipment in addition to all shipping charges to you.

Our barrels and bells are unconditionally guaranteed for materials and workmanship to the original owner for a period of 1 year. Remember, you MUST break in your barrel like you would a new clarinet. Start by playing it five minutes a day, GRADUALLY adding playing time to the barrel. Finding the Sweet Spot

In testing your barrel or bell, you will turn it by 1/16 turn each time you play , listening for the position that gives you the best results, or "sweet spot". If you want to mark the barrel, bell or your clarinet, use only masking tape. Other types of tape will mark the wood and void your warranty.
