Policies, Procedures and Warranties

Although we expect prepayment by check or money order to ship our products we do have a trial and return policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.

We have a 7 day trial period on our barrels and bells from the day you receive them. You may return our barrels and bells for a refund (though we would rather work with you to get the barrel or bell you want) at any time during this 7 day period for a full refund. Should you decide to return a barrel or bell we will add a $30 restocking fee before issuing a refund.

We will replace, or repair any barrel or bell to original specifications, due to cracking or tenon/bore distortions that may occur due to the expansion or contraction of the wood (please break in your barrel or bell slowly like you would a new clarinet).

You are always responsible for all shipping costs to and from Vaccaro & Stevens Woodwinds, including any state or country duties.

Products that are returned damaged (scratched etc.) will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

After you have e mailed us or contacted us by telephone we will give you the cost of your item including any shipping/handling, duties, and any applicable California State taxes and generate an invoice for you.
